What to do and where to walk in the capital in autumn?
During this period, Budapest and its surroundings are beautiful, colourful and atmospheric. Orange, greenish-brown and yellow colours predominate, and fantastic emotions take over during autumn walks: whether you are alone, in company or with your family or loved ones.
What to see in Budapest in autumn?
Take a long walk along the Danube and around the Basilica. Have a hot chocolate or sit down for a coffee in the old streets of the Jewish quarter.
Check out Margit Island and the Danube. Have fun, but dress up, it's cold on the river!
Take a walk in the castle, sit down for a cake in one of the pastry shops.

Eat roasted chestnuts in the City Island and take a walk in the zoo.
