You often ask how much a standard Budapest city tour with a guide costs?
I will give you an individual quote, depending on the length and theme of the programme*, but that's roughly what you should expect for now in spring 2022:
Guide fee: 25-40 euro per hour for the whole group.
EXTRA COSTS:
City transport: ~12 euro / group ticket (5 people, 24 hours)
St. Stephen's Basilica entrance ticket: ~5 euro / person (group over 15 people: 3 euro / person. No entrance fee for the Hungarian guide. )
OPTIONAL PROGRAMMES:
Matthias Church in the Castle: ~7 euro / person
Fishermen's Bastion in the castle (viewing terrace): ~4 euro / person
Parliament: ~12 euro / person (advance booking required! If you do not go with a guided group in your own language, you should enter with your own guide who will translate what is said. It is also necessary to buy tickets for him/her.)
Lunch: ~ 20-25 HUF / full lunch a la carte (for group menu: ~16 euro / person)
Museums: ~12 euro / person
Baths: ~ 20 euro / person
